What is Graphic Harvesting?

A series of posters will be made "live" as your delegates speak. The key points of the presentations will be documented in a visual format that is vibrant and engaging.

The illustrations help participants retain the important information from the presentation.

These illustrations can be used on your team stationery, as posters in meeting rooms, in annual reports, and many other applications!

How do you share the insights that emerge from conferences and workshops with diverse stakeholders, such as funders, other organisations in the sector, and affected communities?

How do you keep the energy of the event alive, retaining that sense of purpose that comes from bringing all those people together?

What if you could do all of this in a way that delivers the key ideas and yet isn't a long document that no one has the time to engage with anyway?

Graphic Harvesting:

hOW IT WORKS

For the daily rate you will receive up to 7 hours of live graphic harvesting at your event. You will receive a set of high resolution photographs of the harvesting that can be shared as part of the conference report, in Annual Reports, on social media, and displayed in the workspace after the conference.
